    problem with macrium

hi, am trying to restore the image of my "late" hdd made with macrium FREEware to a new hdd (same model) - am using the macrium/linux cd, and everything goes fine up to the point when i have to select the target drive - the physical disk is detected but has no box to check to make it the target (pls see attached: disk 1 is the target, disk 2 is the (external hdd) source with the image on it, and disk 3 i think is the optical...) - the imaged partition is 147 gb of which 47 gb is used (compressed)...
i tried formatting the target drive, and the result is the same...
    any idea/suggestion?

    Hi JMM,

Was the disk formatted to NTFS at the time of the image, and when you formatted it recently, did you format it to NTFS?

    Hi,

I'd definately follow WHS advice - he knows Macrium better than most.

Let us know how you get on.
