Welcome Ahmedss79 to the windows 7 forums.

Microsoft's internal image backup will do exactly what you want, ie. move your complete operating system and files to a larger hard disk. Of course your image has to be stored on a external hard disk which they will be available when you boot the restore disk that you create when you make the system image.

Othewise, you can clone your existing hard disk to your new larger one with software that many hard disk manufacturers provide on their web site.

If you do this and your new hard disk size shows up as the same size as your old one, you can resize the hard disk in system tools.
