How do I use disc image created by Acer BackUp Mang?

I recently had computer crash and system restore not work. I have two files on an external hard drive (BackUp 30-10-11 2011-10-30 15-35-33_C.CAL and BackUp 30-10-11 2011-10-30 15-35-33_C_1.NBF) that were created by Acer Backup earlier that I wanted to use but can not seem to get the program to run properly. If anyone could please let me know step by step how I can do this I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm afraid the "help" is not overly so...

    Nope....

Nothing there to help... the above two files were made when I thougth I was creating a disc image for my computer but can not seem to get them to work... when I open acer backup manager and select "restore" it asks me if I want to let the program make changes so I select "yes" and a new window opens....
In the "Restore" window... nothing happens if I click on "Disk Image" top right corner...
In the "Source" box if I click on "image I'm able to navigate to the external hardrive (in my case H:\) where the file.... "BackUp 30-10-11 2011-10-30 15-35-33_C.CAL" is the only one of the two that shows and if I select it....
This shows up in the "Source:" box... BackUp 30-10-11 2011-10-30 15-35-33_C...
And in the window below "Restore Point:" under date the date as above shows witht the time 14:35 and 180.66 GB size....
But the "Destination:" seletor tab does not allow for me to make any selection as I would wish ie the "C:" drive

Now if I click the "Restore" button on the bottom nothing happens but if I hit return it just shuts off the program...

    What am I doing wrong....
