Cant Perform System Recovery
This pertains to my brother laptop. We both have same system spec. He also Dual Boots Vista Home premium x64 and Windows 7 Ultimate x64. Today He wanted to extend his Windows 7 partition, so he went into the thread i had created earlier --> Extending my Windows 7 Partition <--
He downloaded the Partition Wizard Home Edition... And he used it to Partition his Windows 7(His H: Drive). He gave his H: drive alot of space compared to his Vista.
And then he went in to his Windows 7 at boot, and he logs into his account and then he says it stays at the preparing your Desktop part for a while.. he then got super pissed off, and Deleted his Windows 7 partition. he then moved the liike 80 some GB fro the Windows 7 into his C: drive(The vista x64.) he then got super more angry, and he then tried to re-format his computer...
He types recovery manager into the start menu-search thing, and he does the recoery manager. But when the computer restartes to open the Recovery manager part, he says he still comes to the boot screen, and it wont open his Recpvery manager. He then googled some stuff(I dont kno wut) and he figured that at boot up he can hit F11 to open the recovery something. he then tried to do that, and he hit the F11 many times and hard, and it didnt open anytihng. So now we're here.
In other words: he tries to restore his computer to original factory conditions, and it shuts down(like it normally should) But when it restarts it just boots normally, it doesnt boot the recovery manager. he asks.. "Help?!?!"
Thanx all
EDIT: paragraphed... :P
