What is safe to delete during Disk Cleanup for me?

So I want to perform a disk clean up on my laptop, except I have no idea which items in the list are safe to delete and which are not. I've looked through Google and a lot of sites say it's safe to just delete everything, but I want to make sure.

    The following:

Downloaded Program Files - 0 bytes
Temporary Internet Files - 0 bytes
Game Statistics Files - 3.71 KB
    Recycling Bin - 0 bytes
Service Pack Backup Files - 920 MB
System error memory dump files - 5.00 MB
    Temporary files - 0 bytes
    Thumbnails- 55.0 MB
Per user archived Windows Error Repo... - 9.41 MB
Per user queued Windows Error Repor... - 4.52 GB
System archived Windows Error Repor... - 902 KB
System queued Windows Error Reporti... - 394 KB

It was be really kind if you could indicate the ones that are safe to delete in green and the ones that are not safe to delete in red.

    Thank you ^_^

If you think you will ever need to uninstall SP1 then don't delete the Service Pack Backup files.

If you don't think you will ever need to uninstall SP1, then as cyclic says, all are safe to delete.

When you think about it really, if it was unsafe to delete files, why would Microsoft include them in Disk Cleanup in the first place? :)

    Thanks everyone :3.
Since I'm a little paranoid about everything, I've deleted everything but the SP1 pack.
