    No questions, jut results. No.7 - There was no properties, just two things: System Restore & Unpin from Taskbar.

    No. 12 There was no Unblock mentioned.

    If you ask anything of me more complicated than this, I'm afraid I'm going to need assistance. I've always had problems following tutorials. That's why when I get new tools or something like that, as a last resort, I read the directions (pitiful but true).

    Eight years later: I also have this error "The restore point could not be created for the following reason. An error was detected in the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS)" [etc.]. I am on a deadline so I am proposing to live with the problem as I have no time to fix it.
