i need a back up software like nero back it up
i used to use nero back it up, it was just perfect, when i am on it, it displays a folder tree, i just select which i want to back up, i select the whole user folder and that's it, the software it ask me where do i want to sae it, if i choose a HDD it will create one or two files, one the main file and the other the index or something like that, or if i wanted to save it to save it to DVD's, no problem, the software tells me how many dvds i am going to need and thats its it just ask me for each DVD, one by one until it finish burning them all. if i want my data back, i just go to the index file (the last dvd, and open ALL the data i have backup, i select the files i want, and the software only ask me which dvd to insert, he will extract it for me.
the problem is that in windows7 nero back it up throw some errors while selecting files, AND when installing nero, it ask for directx9, many says that it does not overwrite the directx11 that came with win7 but IT DOES because despite the dxdiag still says directx 11 is installed, there is a decrease in video performance on games.. a
so what back up software you recommend me?
i have reviewed several ones on google, i decide to try comodo back up, but i don't like it, i want a back up folder that show me my files EXACTLY as they are contained in my user folder, where it let me choose with a simple mark which one go or not to be backed up, and to save in a simple (uncompressed could be, i don't care) or few files, and if it offer the option to split, even better
i already mention it but the folder tree feature at the moment of the backup and restore is very important, because if there is a folder with less important data like... internet videos.. i dont want that folder but since it's within an important folder how do i chose a backup without THAT folder, adding it one by one?
