ok the first one didnt work, it stalled out at 0% and never budged. The second one would run by itself and then close out automatically from the time i clicked the link and, once it closed out nothing happened. Man this is getting tough, just wanted to say thanks golden for helping. Maybe we can get this figured out

CheckSUR failing that early may indicate a problem with either the download or the system.
Please check your system for malware -
1) is your Anti-Virus up-to-date and switched on? Update it manually, and run a full system scan (which AV is it?)
2) Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) www.malwarebytes.org and update it, and run a full scan (DO NOT enable the Real-Time protection option!) in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.
Delete everything it finds
Reboot and test Windows Updates again
Just a though. Because the problem is downloading and not installing. Please check your bios and Windows time. If their not correct it will not download.
