Hello Tbarajas, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You have really only have two options below since we cannot/will not be able to help you to override your uncle's security measures.

    1. Take it back to your uncle.
    2. Purchase Windows 7, and do a clean install of Windows 7 to start over.

    Hope this helps some.

So I can buy a new version of windows and reinstall and it will be back to new? Or is buying the system restore discs from Hp an option too? Or can I buy the new windows 8 to be able to work as well?

Yes, you could use the HP restore discs to set it back to factory condition.

Yes you could buy win8 and install that - I don't recommend windows 8 at all.

    Upgrade version will be fine.

I don't know how much they cost, though.

Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

If you have the Windows 7 product key you can follow the above tutorial and do a clean reinstall of Windows 7.

    Thta's a good point.

If you have a machine which had win7 pre installed - there will be a product key on it somewhwere. Maybe under the battery.

If you have that - you don't need to buy it again.

You just need to get the installation .iso.

It is in the tutorial Liitlejay linked to.
