CorruptRegistry is the problem. Boot into recovery environment->command prompt

    dir c:
    dir d:
    dir e:

    What is the win7 drive?

    chkdsk/f c:
    chkdsk/f d:
    chkdsk/f e:

    etc

Errors? Repaired? If repaired... run command again. No more errors found?

After all disks have been checked and are fine. try this:
    recovery environment->system restore
Go back in time prior to having problems. System restore went succesfully? System boots fine afterwards?

Did you format yourself? No updates, no programs installed yet? Otherwise there are restore points

Assunming your win7 partition is called C in winre:
    Code:
    c:
    cd \Windows\System32\config
    dir regback
!All files at least 1000 bytes? If so continue
    copy DEFAULT DEFAULT.backup
    copy SAM SAM.backup
    copy SECURITY SECURITY.backup
    copy SOFTWARE SOFTWARE.backup
    copy SYSTEM SYSTEM.backup
    cd regback
    copy *.* ..
    Now reboot normally... works?
