As far as I can see only C:\Windows\SysWOW64\en-US"\iassdo.dll.mui is corrupt

Run this tool What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Of course use win7 x64 version.

The System Update Readiness Tool creates a log file that captures any issues that the tool found or fixed. The log file is located here:

• %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log
• %SYSTEMROOT%\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.persist.log

So post those files afterwards

C:\windows\WinSxS\x86_microsoft-windows-n..ce_iassdo.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_en-us_e86c80b89a3f77b7\iassdo.dll.mui

and

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\en-US\iassdo.dll.mui

Should be replaced with a copy you can take from a working win7 x64 en-us system. Afterwards run sfc/scannow again

System update readiness tool is not really needed now. It just proves I'm right. And maybe it fixes the problem by replacing iassdo.dll.mui

Maybe better if you post both files here. Zip them because posting DLL's isn't possible otherwise.

Did you install windows theme changer? Did you mess around with windows explorer? Those problesm have been fixed btw.
