What is the best software for sync two folders daily on specific time

I have windows server 2003 , I have folder I need it to be synchronized daily with other folder on the same local disk , just as the first folder is a folder multi people access it so avoiding for me to lose any document i need to create a copy of the folder which need to be updated daily on 6 o'clock (example ) i found several software online but they don't run on windows server 2003
if the software was free will be better even , I will appreciate any suggestion

i have tried SyncToy but when i schedule a task will not start i tried the command .... SyncToy.exe"" -r ,tried
......SyncToycmd.exe" -r and it doesnt start just the cmd will start empty and nothing will start is there a way to get it running on windows server 2003

I have Skydrive for Windows installed. Copied a folder to the Skydrive location, shows up as a Skydrive sub-folder. All the files in the folder were immediately uploaded to Skydrive, but new files are not being uploaded. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... Steve
