    If you don't want to or have to install everything all over fresh again the repair install is the option to clean up problems. When starting up the installer while in Windows you simply choose the upgrade option not custom to go through it in about 80 minutes time depending on how much you have installed.

    On one test install here I took the Windows.old folder and simply renamed it as a personal storage folder once many of the subs were cleared out. It became a form of designated backup folder for the next scheduled backup.
