Is there any means by which I can backup my data?

    Hii everyone...
While using Microsoft Thunderbird, I suddenly lost all my data.. I really don't know how to tackle this problem. Is there is possibility or solution that let me recover my data?? Or is there any means by which I can backup my data?

Thankyou for your help in advance!!

Hello Ashley and welcome to Seven Forums.

Just to clear up some confusion, did you mean Mozilla Thunderbird instead of Microsoft Thunderbird? If yes, this Mozilla kb article (knowledge base) may help:

And this article offers a suggestion on how to backup your Thunderbird.

If I completely misunderstood your question I sincerely apologize.

To the best of my memory BootMed is new and untested by members here. I would recommend being very careful with this program.
I would recommend reading post #2 by marsmimar again.

This is why I suggest not installing a mail program on your pc. Use your internet service providers mail program if the have one, most do. You will never loose your data and you can view your mail from any pc anywhere in the world.
