Data Transfer PC to PC with USB Port?

Dear Sir,

Can i transfer my PC data to another PC through USB port? if yes so please give me procedure?

You may be able to do that, however you will need a "crossover" cable (the same type of cable that is used with Microsoft's "Easy Transfer" and is often called an Easy Transfer cable).

Why? Aren't both computers connected to same router? If so... you can send files over the network
