Repair PC from Install Disc

This process has confused me from day one.

How to get into the Repair Options from the Install Disc.

I know to restart the PC with the Install Disc in the CDrom and click "Boot from CD or Disc" to open this screen:



Here I need to click the "Next" button to bring up next screen:



Is this where I click "Repair your computer" to take me to the Repair Options ??
