Error loading operating system Inspiron N5110

My computer crashed after I installed some music production software. I ran diagnostics and it brought up two errors: one on the hard drive and one on the memory.

    The hard drive error:

    Error code: 2000-0146
    Validation: 7114
Msg: hard drive O-S/N 6VEQ5521 self test log contains previous errors

    The memory error:

    Error code: 2000-0123
    Validation: 19536
    Msg: memory-integrity test discrepancy

F8 doesn't work, and the only disk I have for the computer is the drivers and utilities disk that won't read.
I dont care about saving anything on the computer; I just want to reset the whole thing.

Might be better to post this on the Dell Laptop hardware forum section so those familiar with Dell's can assist.

Dell also has a procedure to get a copy of the OS disc. https://support.dell.com/support/top...oNotRedirect=y

    Hi Ballsy,

    Welcome to the Sevenforums.

Apologies for not coming across this thread earlier. According to the errors hard-drive and one of the memory module requires replacement on the system.

Re-installing Windows might not resolve this issue as this seems to be a hardware related. So if the system is under warranty kindly let me know so I can arrange the required hardware to be replaced on the system.

If the system is out of warranty then you can contact our Expired warranty support at the link below:
