My Problem With Third Party Themes

If you look in the Customization section you can see the problem that I am having. This is another matter but related. Evidently when you perform an inplace re-install it does not change all tweaks that you may have made and it does nothing to changes that were made using those Theme programs such as Theme Resource Changer. I have performed this 3 times without fixing anything. I believe that I need to perform a clean install of Windows 7 in order to fix this. My question is. How can I back up all of my programs and Games so I do not have to manually install them?

I guess I can use the built in backup but someone told me that does not really work. Reflect Free will only do an Image.

If you do a clean install of Windows you will need to re-install all the programs.
I'm not a gamer, but you may be able to "Save Games data" and restore that data after re-installing.
When programs are installed, they write to the registry...

For future reference, it's best to periodically create a Backup Image of your "C" partition.
That way you can do a restore without going back to a clean install.

FYI-I just tried the SFC /scannow thing 3 times with a restart in between and it did nothing.
