Easy way to Create a Restore Point - advice please

I like to Create a Restore Point from time to time while I am "playing with" the pc. I have managed to do this, System Properties>System Protection> Create tab.
However it seems a long convoluted route to find my way to getting to press the Create button.
There must be a more straight forward method.
I'd like something pinned on my start menu.
Any ideas please.

I have to admit it took me a few goes to achieve the intended result.
I had to read and re-read what to do
But that was my lack of skills not the fault of the instructions.
