Dell Factory Settings isn't option - command prompt?

I think I'm selling this thing to someone who knows how to fix computers and buying myself a new one. Thus, I need to restore it to factory settings. However, the Dell Image Restore option does not appear when I click Repair. Is there a command code I can use? I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit.

F8 at power on will access the Dell recovery partition (PC Restore). Does that not work? If not, a manual install will be required with a copy of Windows 7, 64 bit. You can download an iso and burn it to a DVD on a PC and use that and the Dell Windows 7 Product Code. You will need some Dell supplied drivers (at least Sound drivers) and you can get them at www.support.dell.com using the PC's Service Tag number.

Win 7 iso download links, get the exact same version as what you had. e.g. if you had Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit then get that iso. Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO Image Downloads

       Information
We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

    Hi fauther,

Please check this link below where you can find instructions for doing a factory image restore:

If this doesn't fail then you can do clean installation using the link below:

Also, you don't have the disks available then you can request them at this link:
