    Yep Joe as Victor says do the image I find Macrium the easiest this is an excellent tutorial on it Imaging with free Macrium

    Then personally I would just go the clean install as I previously referred to you s I said then have no unwanted bloatware which in itself is or can be a problem :)

    I have done it!! Three cheers.
    I have successfully done one restore point.
    I used the recovery disk to get back of system files.
    That eliminated all my restore points, I guess, I had to many?...lol
    Being too careful, doesn't help!
