    Backup And Restore Option Does Not Appear

    Well the link has the image of what is going in my pc.

    The option of Backup and Restore does not appear. Might this be a virus or something?
    Nothing loads up in the page. I press the option but nothing loads, nothing happens.

    Any ideas whats wrong with my pc?

    By the way I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

    Hello keoryn and welcome to Seven Forums.

    If you haven't already done so you might want to run a full scan with your installed anti-virus suite. Just in case it might have missed something another free tool is Malwarebytes and I'd run that as well for a second opinion.

    Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

    If the scans come back clean you may want to run a System File Checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan at least 3 times and reboot your computer immediately after each scan.

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
