Hirens can be added to YUMI. There is a menu entry for it, but I don't know how you would add any programs to it.

Hum - will Windows Pre-installation Environment run on a USB Flash Drive?
Hum - will Winpe connect to the two USB hard drives where my backups are store?
I have two hard drives that came from notebooks that died. One notebook overheated, on the other the hinge broke. Both of these hard drives fit into a notebook I bought to replace the dead ones. Therefore I have three hard drives that can easily be inserted into and removed from a Dell Latitude E6400.
Hum - can I use Winpe to create a rescue USB that allows me to restore either of two image files? One image file is of an 80GB hard drive running Windows 7 Ultimate, 32-bit, the other is an image file of an 80GB hard drive running Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit. The destination in either case is the same - a 160GB hard drive. I used Macrium Reflect to create the image files of the Windows partitions, and stored the backups on two USB HDD's. One USB hard drive is a Seagate, FreeAgent 500GB. The other is a WD MyPassport 1TB.
Hum - can I put the following software on the USB Rescue Flash Drive: Intel's Identity Identifier tool, Seagates, Diskwizard, and Antivirus software from Malwarebytes and SupeAntiSpyware?

Here is a simple recipe for a Winpe USB
How to Create a WinPE Image - USB Boot Drive - Tom?s Guide
I use the winre for repair and system image restore. This can be made from the Backup & Restore screen.
I personally have all the capabilities on a Grub4Dos USB. Kado may be able to comment if the Winre is accessible from YUMI.
You can use WinRE as an unsupported ISO. It works to some extent but offers to repair the boot sector every time. The other approach is to install WinRE as a Windows 7 install ISO. If you do that you probably need to install it first and can't also have a Windows Installer on the drive.
