Windows 7: Boot Restore Protection (Faronic's Deep Freeze Standard)

Boot Restore Protection (Faronic's Deep Freeze Standard)

I'm using Faronics Deep Freeze Standard (Boot Restore software) with Faronics Data Igloo (Data Retention software) and wondering if it's ok to exclude user profiles from being frozen ? Faronics Deep Freeze is suppose to protect users from malicious software but I'm more concerned with preserving my environment and preventing configuration shift so I don't have to keep reformatting my PC

Here's a map of my hard drives:

Corsair Force Series 3 - 120GB partitioned into C:/System Files (30GB) & D:/Documents And Settings (80GB) then I have 3x 2TB Western Digital Caviar Green drives E:/Personal Files, F:/My Back up and I:/Back Up. I also have a NAS which holds 2x 2TB WD Caviar Green drives which is another synchronized backup of my other back up drives.

I use my SSD as temporary storage and archive the files I wish to keep on my 2TB Storage drives so I plan to rely on boot restore software to preserve C:/System Files and I guess some parts of such as program data but I wish to exclude 'Users' due to App Data and have my synchronized backups E:/, F:/ I:/ & Z protect my data.
