Backup and Restore not working
When I access Backup and Restore (via Control Panel) and click on 'Backup now' nothing happens. I get a similar non-response when I try to 'Manage space' or 'Change settings'.
Any ideas please?

If this problem just recently started you could try rolling back your computer to an earlier time using System Restore.
System Restore
If System Restore doesn't help it's possible your computer may have damaged or corrupt system files. Try running a System File Checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan at least three times and reboot the computer immediately following each scan.

I ran the System File Checker scan and that showed no problems.
System Restore produced a message asking me to change Backup settings, so I did and thought that had solved problem, but currently Backup and Restore shows "Windows Backup has not been set up", but clicking on "Set up backup" does nothing, so problem remains unsolved.
Ken try this Imaging with free Macrium it is an alternative for the Windows feature and can be set to do regular images.
