Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit SP1 included English: X17-58996.iso It's USA version. But that's no prblme for troubleshooting. Download and burn it. Source Windows 7 Direct Download Links

Burning can be done with Microsoft Store

We need a bootable install DVD for troubleshooting! Did you backup important files already?

Copy important stuff to external usb disk. I think we can't continue now. I want you to make/borrow a bootable win7 install dvd. We use it in case my tricks fail and you can't boot at all. At the moment you don't have anything at all!

    In command prompt:
    Code:
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    list part
    exit
Tell me what partitions you see? Assume 3 then:
    Code:
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    select part 0
    detail part
    select part 1
    detail part
    select part 2
    detail part
what are the sizes of the partitions?

I tried everything mentioned in the whole thread. I also tried cacls command earlier, but did not work out either.
I have 2 partitions. part 1 is Recovery with 10 GB, status Healthy. Part 2 is 287 GB with status Healthy. Please tell me how to proceed.
Im getting the black screen with cursor. I dont have a boot CD as of now, so I need to try that later. Im just trying to fix it wothout the boot CD if possible. Please help.
