C is showing files now? Backup important stuff asap.
Download partition wizard bootable ISO and burn it. Then boot from it.
Free download Magic Partition Manager Software, partition magic alternative, free partition magic, partition magic Windows 7 and server partition software - Partition Wizard Online under Free Download Bootable CD Now!
then perform a surface check: Video heop on how to perform disk surface test with Partition Wizard partition manager?
Many errors (red spots)? If so (what I expect), the disk is faulty... how old is the disk?

You still can't access C? chkdsk command can, so there must be something.
What do you see when accessing files/folders on C?

    in command prompt:
    Code:
    DIR C:\

I read that In the case the CRC error was thrown by the hard drive, the cause is likely data bing incorrectly written to the hard drive. This can be caused by either the operating system being corrupt, or a power loss. Which in my case was a power loss...the turning off and on computer

How can you forgot you did format it? Did you perform a Partition Wizard "surface check"
    already?
