I need help restoring a deleted System partition

So I have been browsing alot and I have seen many threads where this has happened to people. I have seen where there is a solution however unfortunately I cant do them. My problem is I only have this one laptop and have no access to another computer. Right now I'm running a copy of Ubuntu off a USB stick. I've seen where people have stated that the problem can be solved with a bootable version of Partition Wizard. However I have no idea how to do this in Ubuntu been scouring the net to no avail, Is there some work around to using Partition Wizard if not are there any bootable usb creators you guys know of that is Ubuntu friendly. Thank you.

The partition wizard download is a bootable .iso file.

You should be able to d/l that onto your Hard drive from within Ubuntu.

You can then burn the pwfree.iso to cd/dvd from within ubuntu.

Can't remember what the dvd burner is called in Ubuntu, but will probably pop up if you rt click the pwfree.iso file after you have downloaded it.

    pwfree9.iso-DIRECT

    Also:
GPARTED is in Ubuntu, that should be able to recover/undelete partitions for you.
