Corrupt Registry After Cleaning PC Tower

    Hi all,
So today I decided to clean my windows 7 pc, like I always do when my fps drops in games. This time however, I cleaned the graphics card as well as the cpu fan.
After start up, two options pop up
    1. startup repair
    2. start windows normally
both options would eventually reach an inevitable conclusion: corrupt registry
I tried going into safe mode, but it doesn't work...can't get past the startup screen without comp going into "windows is loading files" I don't have any backup discs since they never came with the tower, but judging from other posts I found on google they don't work either.
So, my startup repair is useless, cmd prompt from advanced repair options don't work, recovery is a bust...any way to fix this would be appreciated.
    EDIT: tried this
    Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery
everything worked up until "copy *.* mybackup"...all i get is this "the device is not ready"
Here are some problems it presented:
    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline
    Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem Signature 03: unknown
    Problem Signature 04: -1
    Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover
    Problem Signature 06: 1
    Problem Signature 07: CorruptRegistry

    Root cause found:
    Registry is corrupt.
    Repair action: Registry roll back
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x15
    Time taken = 0 ms

    Welcome to our Forum lastguy.
I would recheck all harness connections; you might of knocked one or more loose.
What makes you think the Windows 7 registry has a problem?

    Please install your system specs.

Thanks, but I just reopened my tower case, checked everything made sure everything was secure and good. I even opened up my graphics card again and made sure everything was in order.
after running startup repair the diagnosis at the end was that registry was corrupt, and i don't have a looping restart problem like everybody else, so i'm out of luck, i don't know what to do...been trying to fix it for over 6 hours

The next thing that comes to my mind is going back to a restore before all this happened.

We still need your System Specs.
