    I've just realized that Seatools did produce a log file:

    Hi

    This is my currenmt problem: I don't understand how to change the boot priorities in Bios. It looks very different from what I am udes to in other Windows versions:

    select "change boot priority" and press enter. Then can change it. Don't forget to save it. You can always change it back to what it was. But it already does boot from CD .... why change it???

    you told me to change it...

    As for running for 15 mins it throws up an error after a couple of seconds on all scan choices

    Hi

    I decide to use SeaTools to check my external drive, instead, This time it started running, the green bar extended all the way to the end. yet, the log says it, too, failed! can it be that BOTH drives are no good?

Unable to choose where to backup
