system restore : unspecified error (0x0000022)

hello
I did a system restore and on restart got a message saying that the system files and settings were not changed due to this unspecified error

as a matter of fact, the files and setting were changed, at least those I can see...

any idea what this message is about... or what I can do to find out ?

0X0000022 Error Codes are caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files in your windows operating system.
