system image insists on imaging three drives

    Hi,
I have a multi boot system, Windows 8, Windows 7(64bit) both on seperate drives, as well as an Adaptec Raid card (2805) with a couple of raid 10 raids. The ssd drive with Windows 7 was attached via an Asus U3S6 pcie Sata 3 card.
I've now replaced the 2805 with Adaptec 21605, I also got rid of the U3S6, attaching the ssd drive to the motherboard.
My plan is to attach the ssd drive to the 21605 but I'll need to format it first and create a new simple volume in order to make it bootable (says Adaptec) then put everyhing back on it via system image. So I need a system image of it first.
When I installed Windows on the ssd drive I loaded all program files to one of my raid 10 raids. Now when I try to make a system image of the ssd from windows 7, it insistes on including the Windows 8 drive and the Raid 10 drive telling me they are both system drives.
What can I do, I cant make a system image of all three at the same time, would be huge....How can I make a system image of just the ssd?
