Can't boot my windows anymore /: please help me

I have been using Windows 7 without issues or at least no issues that cause me to be at a downer like this one since I started using Windows 7.

This is the biggest and most ***** situation I been in.

    I need your help.

My last option is re-installing Windows but I'm 100% sure that this is not required to fix my issue.

It all started today around 1 PM, now 8 hours or so ago when I was backing up my C drive with the program:
Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download

It froze for some brief moment the first time I switched been my admin account and user account but the second time I was done for. I had my cursor visible and a black screen and that is not changing for hours.

Why did I do this? Because I was trying to fix: I tried enabling hibernate function but no luck

So this is all related. I think I should never have switched between accounts and let the system take the backup I was doing.

Anyway when I try to start up I got now through advanced booting:

    status: oxc000000e

My boot system is messed up.

I'm now using my windows disc and:

Rajan : Computer Blog: How to Create a Clean BCD file to fix Windows 7 Boot problem

Some of these commands don't work.

I got a system repair disk of February but I had no luck using that. I got a backup made some days ago on a remote hard drive, I got a system image made some tome ago but all of these I cannot use!!!!

    It doesn't list them and I don't know how to use them with my situation;

So how to rebuild BCD properly? I can run some commands in CMD with success but not all of them.

I've also seen the very detailed guide here of "Troubleshooting Windows 7 failure to start" but couldn't make much sense out of it that applies to my situation.

I also cut out of the boot folder the program macrium in the hopes with that no longer affecting boot and me fixing the boot program the issue being resolved! xd

Are you saying I'm doing that? I'm linking to help people understand my situation and what I've tried to do to fix my problem. if you can't see that then that is your problem not mine. I got enough problems as it is at the moment.

The video is useful but I made matters worse and better.

Worse: I tried after posting this with the help of my dad some recovery tool called "Ultimate Boot CD" it has some neat tools but we didn't know how to use the boot management part.

The good news: Somehow with my windows cd I can now access system restore points but there is one corrupt unreadable file that I need to hard delete through command promt but I don't know how.

Why do I need to delete this? Because it says it cannot restore the point because that file is corrupt.

Its in the ASUS folder but I'll just delete the whole folder cause I cut out all the files but the corrupt one.

Its in the program files 86 folder under the normal C drive of windows 7.

Now what to type in CMD as delete command for that whole folder?

I also somehow enabled: press any key to boot from cd or dvd which I hope you guys know how to fix?

Edit: Fixed the BOOTMGr is missing error. :)

When I still had that status error as shown in the first message in this topic I was trying to create a Clean BCD to fix my program as shown in that article on that blog of Rajan.

My problem has now changed as I'm in a deeper mess then I started but there is hope.

I'm putting it all on some recovery tool that can fix my stuff or me deleting the assus folder through CMD and hope the recovery point then works.

Edit: Fixed the BOOTMGr is missing error. :)

A status oxc000000e message means a required boot device is inaccessible. It can be either caused by hardware or software reasons. For example, a corrupt BCD store may cause this error as it may referring to the wrong partition GUID. At the same time hardware failure, especially a failing HDD can also cause this. First rule when fixing computers is to make sure the hardware part is fine. Otherwise you may be wasting time by trying to fix software when it is fine.

    I would recommend :

    1. Replace the SATA cable and reset power connector of HDD.

    2. Download and burn "Seagate Seatool For DOS" from the below link and boot from it.

    SeaTools for DOS | Seagate

Run a "Long" test and wait it to complete.

Only start looking for software issues if the test result is a PASS.
