If able, see if you may be able to do the system restore from within Windows instead.

If another restore point doesn't work, then we may need to try an alternative solution.

What issue are you having to need to do a system restore?

Two days ago, my display became blurry and I tried to change some options in graphic driver, but I accidentally deleted it AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series. So I tried to replace it with something, I needed a solution, I tried to replace it with Intel, VGA, but it didnt work. Then, monitor constantly went into sleep mode it was frustrating (I tried to change power settings option, screen saver etc, I couldnt turn it off). So the next thing is that when I run windows normally, I only see black display, theres nothing to do. So I did computer cleaning, it was so dusty inside. Then, I couldnt get in the safe mode, it would stop on Loading files, on specific file avgidsh.sys.

So basically I cant do anything, except run BIOS, Command prompt and startup recovery.

I did today AVG Rescue, it deleted 8 virus files but it didnt fix all these problems.

So now, Sleep mode isnt showing anymore, well it cant cause safe mode and normal mode wont work haha xD

    Sorry for my bad english

Since this is a video issue, see if you may be able to boot using Enable Low Resolution Video (640 X 480) from your advanced boot options screen.

    Advanced Boot Options

If successful, see if you are able to uninstall you video drivers, and reinstall the latest AMD Radeon driver.

The setting doesn't stick after a restart. You'll need to boot using Enable Low Resolution Video (640 X 480) again until you get the video driver sorted.
