Looks like it's time to reinstall Windows.

It sounded like you used the wrong video driver compounded by not having any restorable restore points, and not able to reinstall drivers in the low resolution mode.

I guess I dont have a backup at all, but if I perform a custom install from the DVD, will my personal files (desktop, library, local disk d) be saved in the Windows.old folder or?

Possibly, but I wouldn't risk it.

If you like, create a live Peppermint DVD/USB to use to back up anything that you do not want to lose to another location.

I think biggest problems came after my cleaning :/ Maybe I have damaged power supply by cleaning
Because before cleaning my computer, I still could access to a safe mode (three types)
