See the default junctions (copied from software that I use to restore default junctions if I ever screw them up)

Application Data=AppData\Roaming
Local Settings=AppData\Local
My Documents=Documents
NetHood=AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts
PrintHood=AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Printer Shortcuts
Start Menu=AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
AppData\Local\Application Data=AppData\Local
AppData\Local\Temporary Internet Files=AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files
Documents\My Music=Music
Documents\My Pictures=Pictures
Documents\My Videos=Videos

Problems with Robocopy

So with that in mind try excluding junctions. I think that this script will work:

robocopy C:\Users\C.C\Documents D:\Documents /MIR /XJ /np /tee /mt /log+:C:\Users\C.C\Desktop\my_backup_log.txt
