You are trying to Restore the hotlink for F9 .... Try F8 and see if it is recoverable ... If not you may need the Original Discs ...

I can not think of any Reason why you would want a Recovery Partition that is full of Bloatware ...

You could copy all the Programs of the Recovery Partitions on to a Flash Drive or Disc ... Then create a new Recovery Partition and copy your Programs back to that ..

With your recovery DVD that you burnt from the recovery partition, run an automatic repair if that is a Windows 8.1 system. For Windows 7, run startup/repair 3 times.

guys, i think the issue is not fully clear to you i can use the recovery partition but in-windows using not on boot so if you know how to fix the hotlink to F9, then help me otherwise i don't want anything else thank you

The problem is most likely in your bootmgr. That's why I suggested a procedure to fix that.

Btw - is this Win7 or 8.1 ??

BSOD Still crashes after a factory reset. Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed. I thought a clean factory reset will fix the issue. But it is still has the BSOD. I have uploaded the zip file that contains the dump as instructed.
