BSOD while backing up Win7 Pro x64

    Hello guys,

New to this forum, but I am in desperate need of help. I cannot figure out why my computer keeps BSOD'ing on me when I try to back up my system drive (which is on a SSD) to one of my secondary HDDs.

I think it may be because my SSD is beginning to fail or it may be due to some new drivers I have installed. I recently installed some drivers to re-enable some USB ports that would not work on my Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H motherboard. Since then, I have been getting occasional BSODs while gaming and doing other computer work. Also, occasionally when I boot up my system, my system drive will not be recognized and it will try to boot from one of secondary HDDs or CD-ROM drive. When I go into the BIOS, I do not see my system drive at all. When this happens, I keep rebooting my system until my SSD system drive is recognized.

I just need to figure out if my SSD is going bad and if I need to RMA it for a replacement or if it's a simple driver fix. Like an idiot, I deleted all my previous backups before creating a new backup, so I'm really hoping it's a driver issue.

I've attached my most recent minidump files in a ZIP. Let me know if anything else is needed to analyze my issue. Thanks in advance!

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Thanks for the help. I've attached the zip for the DM Log Collector application.
