Create a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit clean install disk?

Is it possible to create a Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit clean install disk based off a bought OEM copy of Windows 7 with the following? 1. Includes current updates integrated into the install 2. Ability to integrate future updates info the installation. 3. Has a viewer that works within Windows 7 4. Can extract files and folder from within Windows 5 Can boot both AMD and Intel CPU based machines. Does such a utility exist?

Hello and welcome horusprim mate I very much doubt it - the best thing that I know of is the freshest ISO contained in this tutorial
Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I know it is pain but that's the price of a clean install. The ISO does have a substantial number of updates in it hence the "freshest" you can get. Just make sure you pick the correct version and use your activation code from the sticker.

Now it would be good I suppose if one could download updates to a stick after or during the install but again I don't know if that is possible.

PS This might suffice too if you can work it out http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323166
