Just so you understand, a Startup Repair does NOT reinstall Windows.
It just tries to fix issues with the "Boot configuration" (BCD) so that Windows can try to startup.

If a Startup Repair can't fix your issues, you may need a more complicated solution.
I would not attempt a more complicated solution unless a Startup Repair doesn't fix the problem.

It doesn't take long to run (for me) and has always solved issues i have had to fix.

This is not a disadvantage for Acronis?I want to put Acronis's CD and backup of windows to the normal users and they dont have skills in work with computer to repair start up errors.

I thought this is a problem with your computer.
If you are helping others learn to do their own backup and restore, you will need to train them.
Normally a backup and restore doesn't need a startup repair for me.
If hardware or partitions have changed, yes a startup repair may be needed.
If "normal users" are changing hardware or partitions, you probably need to help them if and when they do that.

Are you helping people personally such as friends and family ?
Or, is this a business / work environment where you want users to do a restore on their own ?

You might look into Aoemi OneKey Recovery:

Maybe this would be better for what you want to do ?
