    How do I restore my system to a month ago?


    Is it possible to restore my WIndows 7 to 30 days ago? I only get the option to restore to three days ago.

    I am having major trouble with my laptop screen freezing. A few weeks ago I installed 1G worth of updates and it keeps crashing on me. I've done EVERYTHING in the book, and I'm thisclose to handing it in for repairs, but I want to give my laptop one last chance!

    Any help is appreciated. tHANK YOu!

    You could start uninstalling the updates, one at a time, if that is the real reason. If System Restore does not go back that far you have no other restore option.

    Good reason to make (full hard drive) backups. Not for if they are ever needed, but for when they are needed.
