Windows 7: yumi multiboot problem with XP,got error28

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

Search the yumi usb for lst files. Open them (with notepad). When you find the one with windows xp installer configuration - copy paste them to your next post.

Also try, When you add xp iso to yumi dont chose windows xp installer from menu, scroll all the way to bottom. You will see unsupported iso (grub) and select that one.

I believe you are getting that error because yumi is trying to copy installer into memory but it is too small. You need big enough free memory to both copy files and also to run them for that to work. We will see though.

This is an issue involving a Linux product running a obsolete Microsoft product and has nothing to do with Windows 7

Our Sister site PC Help Forum offers support for both operating systems and may offer better help
