    Is there a way to reset my computer?


    Is there a way to erase all data in my computer, without the OS itself?


    I'm not really familiar with the backup/restore system here honestly.

    Just delete the data you don`t want and uninstall the programs you don`t want.

    Then delete any leftover program folders.

    Then use Ccleaner to clean up the registry, because it will be a mess.

I just got a new, ASUS Altec A53U laptop and need to reset the computer login password. In order to do so, it's asking me for a disc with a "Reset Wizard" on it, which did not come w/the laptop. Any ideas on how I can do this? Can't use the computer, otherwise!:cry:
