How to restore registry, no back-up available...

I need to restore my corrupt registry. It was messed up with a program called FreeViewer which removed and replaced files in registry. Now I can't see my pictures when I go to Pictures Folders. I don't have a Restore Point before this happened so what can I do??? I have run sfc /scannow and that didn't help. I have included a Zip on what FreeViewer did when installing.....

Hi You could try a repair install. Just back up your data just in case something goes wrong. Repair Install

I agree with oscer1; that is what I would do if it was my computer after I uninstalled FreeViewer.

Will do.... I have uninstalled FreeViewer. I will backup my files & data and just do the repair as mentioned. I have never done this before so I will have to read the instructions and hope that this is not difficult... any other suggestions are welcome.... thanks Bear and oscer1 .....will report back as soon as all is done..... wish me luck...

10 minutes later..... I was thinking that in a few weeks we will be getting Wins 10 so why should I go through all the trouble??? What do you think??? Should I just wait for the new Wins 10 OS???

Yes I do but it's very recent and will not be of any use.
