Unable to get Win 7 32 System Restore Disk

    Hey.

I tried to install a version of Win 7 64 bit to my PC and when I did I forgot about a key so I cant use it. I am trying to use a backup I made before I attempted the install so I can go back to my old system but I lost my 32 bit system restore disk and I dont have another 32 bit PC in my home is there a way I can make another CD or USB on a 64 bit machine?

    Thanks Heaps,

    Alex.

Hello and welcome Alex mate if you have your data backed up I think your best way of fixing this is use this tutorial and use the ie.cfg removal tool if you can borrow a Windows 7 32bit DVD from someone https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html

If you don't want to do that just get a new 7 64bit OEM (if your machine will support 64bit) wipe the drive (after saving data to an external) or get a new drive for that matter and install that a OEM will set you back about $140 http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=375_974&zenid=8d302e86ae9df8129c232ef13e76a686 or shop around but these folks are about the best I have seen.
