    Can't use Mouse or Keyboard on login screen


    Okay, so when my computer starts up, the keyboard and mouse won't work.
    Tried different ones, wired and wireless, neither worked.
    Some background information is:
    I believe the problem is the registry, because I accidentally copied an entire computer's registry over mine.
    I managed to get a Windows 7 repair disc and booted it up, and then I managed to run System Restore.
    System restore just keeps saying "Restoring Files...".
    My Specs, because you might need that for some reason.

    Dell 560
    NVIDIA GTX 650
    4GB DDR3 RAM
    2.7GHz Dual Core Processor (Intel Pentium)

    Why in the world did you do that??

    To me the only answer would be a Clean Install with the proper COA key.
