Windows 7 HP 32-bit Repair disc not working

Hello, my computer stopped booting up into Windows and kept doing the Startup Repair Tool. The error it is finding is not being fixed, so it takes me to the System Recovery Tools. I try to do System Restore, which does not work. So after searching around, I made a System Repair Disc from a work computer (Also Windows 7 32-bit... but Enterprise version). So I boot from CD in BIOS and it goes through the beginning stages of System Repair (asks what language). Then it brings me to the screen that lets me choose which drive (D:) to repair. When I click "Next >" it says the version is not compatible.

Do I need to create a Repair Disc from another Home Premium 7 32-bit computer?

I tried for a few times to run it with a 64-bit 7 Enterprise created disc before realizing my computer has 32-bit OS.

Please help and thanks in advance!
