    System Restore Issue

I'm having issue with system restore.

I did a system restore and then it restarted the computer. Now it does not boot up windows at all. I tried going to safe mode but it will not load the windows. If i try to do a system restore it gives me an error message. I tried doing the startup repair and that does not work either.

If i try to load up windows normally it goes to window startup screen then the screen turns blue and restarts again.

what do i do to load my windows?

System Restore is supposed to reboot the system. That is normal. I hope that you didn't interrupt System Restore from performing its task. If you did, you'll likely have to reload the OS.

You might have hardware issues if you can't even get the Win 7 DVD to boot to do a Start Up Repair.

You should check your hard drive media. Go to the manufacturer's website and see if they have a utility to download. If not, download one of the third party hard disk check utilities.

What is the make of your PC/Desktop and what is the make and model of your hard drive(s)?

You should also run a memory test.

Now, based on what I've posted, what are your questions?

    Regards
