    Backup always fails with Macrium

So i'm trying to do automatic backups with macrium but they always fail.

Back a couple of months ago when i was trying to clone my drive to a new ssd it wouldn't do it, always failed on verification somewhere. I ended up successfully doing it with easus todobackup.

Trying to backup with it again today and it still failed giving the error "Backup aborted! - '7E741B98584D6DA7-00-00.mrimg' Verification failed at 54% (Block 1129169 hash value is incorrect)"

How can i fix this? Why is macrium the only one that fails?

Tyller mate what security are you running and have you tried running these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2

if no change then try these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
    Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
    AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans
NB If anyone who has Kaspersky as their security they may find it will not like ADW running and to stop the nagging just temporarily disbale the Kaspersky while one runs ADW

yeah i've done those, and i'm running vipre.

I have SAS and malwarebytes installed but only use them to scan every once in awhile, i don't have the active protections on.

Thats good only running MBAM and SAS as one offs as two AV's are genarlly not a viable option.

Have you tried reinstalling Macrium because I have been using it for years now and never had a problem and I was just wondering if your security was not liking it. But as I do not have any experience with Vipre I cannot say for sure. Is there any way of temporarily disabling it while you are backing up or cloning?? because you don't need to be connected to the net while doing that eh?
