My ASUS laptop will not boot, goes straight to X:\windows\system32\

    diskpart.exe Again X:\windows\system32\diskpart.exe

I am running Windows 7 64. I had to repair a broken hinge and when I tried to turn it on after the repair I got this message. My son didn't back it up and he has something on it that he has worked on for 3 years. Is there anyway to repair it and save his data? Thank you in advance anyone that takes the time to help me. It is so appreciated.
